How to use
+ Task adds a block. Drag a block to move it.
Double-click a block to rename it inline.
Drag the grip on a block's bottom-right edge to set its duration — block width = duration.
Drag from the blue ● dot on the right edge onto another block to create a dependency (finish→start). The left dot is a task's input; start tasks have none.
Select a block and click the × to delete it; or select a block/link and press Delete.
Dates & sequencing are computed from durations + links on a Mon–Fri working calendar.
Export
Export writes MS Project XML (MSPDI). Open it in Microsoft Project via File → Open. Native .mpp is a closed binary format with no open writer — .xml is the supported interchange and carries tasks, durations, dependencies and dates.
